Braun Multiquick 9 MQ9078X Post-Warranty Issues and Poor Service

About three years ago, I purchased the Braun Multiquick 9 MQ9078X kitchen appliance. Just a month after the warranty expired, the black top cover stopped turning the blade and began spinning freely (see Image 1). Since the warranty had expired, I searched online for a replacement top cover but couldn't find one. Through my research, I discovered that many others were experiencing the same chronic issue. I contacted Braun for service support and was directed to Duygun Service in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul. When I brought my device to the service center, they informed me that this model’s production and service support had ceased due to a known defect. They checked the system and found one remaining compatible cover, which could be ordered for ₺1,400. Despite the exorbitant price, I agreed to the purchase (considering the new model costs ₺8,000). Two weeks later, the cover arrived, and I picked it up myself. Upon returning home, I found that the new cover didn’t fit the motor correctly (see Image 2). The cover had different slopes on the sides, causing the clips to not lock properly, posing a risk of the motor detaching during use (see Image 3 for the new part's code and box). I contacted Braun customer service regarding this issue, but after more than a month, I received no response. A week ago, I threatened legal action and demanded they take back the incorrect part. They claimed to have no record of Duygun Service. Later, Duygun Service informed me their contract with Braun ended in April, and they couldn’t accept returns. Now, I’m left with a nearly new, three-year-old device that I’m essentially being told to throw away.
