Arçelik Refused to Provide Spare Parts for My K1270 Blender Without an Invoice



We use a K1270 model blender from Arçelik household appliances. The gear of the glass bowl and lid broke, so we opened a service ticket. After two days, they said they could not solve the problem because the part was unavailable. We asked what could be done, and they said they would replace the missing part if we paid ₺550. We agreed, but then they asked for an invoice. We explained that the product was a gift and that we did not have an invoice, but they refused to help. However, they are required to provide spare parts for every product sold for ten years. It is no surprise that Arçelik prioritizes its own profits over customer satisfaction. I do not think any Arçelik product should be purchased, as they are leading in creating customer grievances.
Are you kidding me, I don't understand. What happened when you contacted us? Do you really think people are naive? You shamelessly call and say the same things, solution? Zero. First of all, as a company, know your responsibility and stand behind the product you sell. You are obliged to keep spare parts for a product you sell for 10 years. People don't collect money from the street. There cannot be an explanation like 'unfortunately, we cannot supply the part.'
