WePlay Took 2,500₺ from My Account Instead of 40₺

I experienced a serious issue while using the WePlay app. I intended to purchase 600 chips for 40₺, and I proceeded with the payment. However, during the process, something went wrong, and I suddenly noticed that 60,000 gold was added to my account instead.

At first, I assumed it was a system glitch and didn’t think much of it. But when I checked my bank account, I was shocked to see that 2,500₺ had been withdrawn—an amount I never intended or authorized to spend. I did not request or confirm this purchase, and there was no indication that such a large transaction was about to occur.

I’m a student, and there is no way I can afford to spend that kind of money on a game. This charge is completely unacceptable, and I urgently need your help.
