WePlay Charges $14 but Doesn’t Deliver 10k Game Coins

Today at around 5:00 PM, through Play, I purchased 10k coins using my Papara card. Although approximately $14 USD was charged to my card, I didn’t receive any receipt or notification, and the 10k coins were not added to my game account. My in-game account number is 63156901.
Even though I have previously reported a similar issue and specifically mentioned that I did not receive a receipt, I am repeatedly asked to provide a receipt again. Even though the transaction clearly appears on Papara and the payment was taken from my card, I have received no response from Play, and neither customer service nor support channels are replying.
Regarding this payment that was taken, I request that the 10k coins be credited to my in-game account (63156901) as soon as possible and that my coin vault be unlocked accordingly.
