Botim Account Recovery Without Old SIM or OTP

I have been unable to access my Botim account on my Android device for more than seven months. My account is registered to the number +971 54 367 8***, but this SIM card is now missing, so I cannot receive the OTP code required to log in. Because I cannot receive the OTP, I am completely locked out of my account. I have already tried to contact Botim support, but I have not received any reply and my situation has not changed. I kindly request that you help me regain access to my account by offering an alternative verification method or changing the registered phone number after verifying my identity in another secure way. I want to be able to use my Botim account again as soon as possible.
