Truecaller Subscription Charged but Premium Features Not Enabled
I purchased a yearly Premium subscription for the Truecaller app for $7 on November 29 using my credit card. However, despite the time that has passed, my Premium membership has still not been activated, and the app continues to show that I am using the free version.
Even though the payment was successfully charged to my credit card, there has been no update on my account. I contacted Truecaller’s support team via email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far, and the problem continues.
I request that the yearly Premium subscription I paid for be activated on my account as soon as possible and that my issue be resolved.
