Costext Unauthorized Recurring Charges – Refund Request

I am writing regarding unauthorized charges connected with the Costext SMS gateway service, taken directly from my bank account. After a small initial payment, I was further charged without my clear consent. The charges appeared on 10.07.2026 and again on 10.08.2026, for a total of 378 zł. The service appears to be linked to the phone number 607785***, although I did not knowingly agree to any recurring payments or subscription. I request the immediate cancellation of any services or subscriptions connected with my data and phone number, and a full refund of the total amount of 378 zł taken from my bank account without my explicit consent. I also ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be made in the future. I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
