Slow and Inefficient Online Service from Bosch

I urgently needed a dependable vacuum cleaner and ordered one from Bosch's website. When I contacted their online support after 14 days, they said the delivery would be made the following week. I've never seen a brand as slow and indifferent as Bosch. I was disappointed to have ordered the vacuum cleaner from their official website and then become a victim of their poor customer service. Is it really necessary to wait at least 30 days after placing an order online? I regret purchasing from them and hope that my experience will serve as a warning to others not to do the same. Waiting weeks for a product that was supposed to arrive quickly is unacceptable, especially when it is an emergency. I hope you will read and consider what I wrote and you will not shop from this site!
