Bosch Brand Toy Vacuum Cleaner Arrived Defective

I bought a Bosch brand toy vacuum cleaner from their official website, and the product turned out to be defective. I called the customer service, and they told me that there is no option for a replacement in the case of a toy. By the way, I learned that I have the right to file a complaint wherever I want, but they refuse to provide a replacement. Bosch products will never enter my home again. I'm also telling everyone in my circle about this. My child was so excited, and it's a waste of my money. Bosch doesn't stand behind their brand's products. Moreover, I purchased it from their online site and filed a malfunction report three hours after the delivery, but they still didn't support me.
