Bosch Turkey's Unacceptable Refund Period
I ordered a fridge and dishwasher from the Bosch website in Turkey but canceled it within 10 minutes because I chose the incorrect payment method. However, it has been three days and I have yet to receive my refund. Customer service informed me that the refund could take up to 14 days. This is an unacceptable delay. To make matters worse, I discovered that many others had experienced the same problem, with some people having to wait up to 40 days for refunds. In this day and age, waiting 40 days for an undeliverable order is simply unbelievable. The explanation given by customer service that I "withdrew" the order is incorrect. I promptly canceled the order and have not received anything. I demand that my money be returned immediately. This is a very frustrating and disappointing situation.

There is no progress. It's as if I ordered a second-hand item from a neighborhood thrift store rather than from Bosch. We're waiting day by day. As I mentioned, the issue here is not just the order cancellation. They are saying that I used my right of withdrawal for a product I have not yet received. This 14-day period may be valid for the right of withdrawal. However, in distance (online) sales, almost all companies process order cancellations on the same day. The right of withdrawal starts after receiving the product. I hope they correct this as well.
