I've been struggling with a lingering meat smell in my Bosch refrigerator for the past eight months. When the technician arrived, he attempted to pitch a cleaning product to me, suggesting that it could potentially resolve the problem without any guarantees. Even though my refrigerator is still covered by warranty, I was still billed for the service call. The lingering odour remains. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Thanks a lot.
