Moisture and Watering in Bosch Refrigerator Crisper

I recently purchased a Bosch refrigerator, but to my dismay, the vegetable compartment consistently experiences excessive moisture and condensation. Despite reaching out to their customer service for assistance, it seems that Bosch fails to stand behind their brand and provide proper support. After contacting their customer service, they scheduled a service appointment for me. However, the service technician dismissed the issue over the phone with a nonchalant "These things happen!" They didn't even bother to visit my home and inspect the refrigerator. As a repeat customer of Bosch, I am deeply disappointed and regret my decision to trust their brand.
