Bosch Service Misdiagnosed My Refrigerator and Refused Responsibility

My Bosch refrigerator was not cooling when I returned from vacation. The authorized service technician I called immediately pulled the refrigerator out, cut the pipes, and told me the compressor was faulty, saying a new one would cost ₺16,500. He even showed me models on his tablet, suggesting I should just buy a new refrigerator right away. When I explained that I didn’t have enough money at the time, they charged me ₺700 for service and left without giving me a receipt. Later, when I called a repairman I know from the neighborhood, he told me there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator, that it only needed gas, and that if the Bosch service had cut and welded the pipes, it would work fine. He repaired it for ₺4,000, and now my refrigerator is working perfectly. Bosch headquarters, however, refused to take any responsibility, claiming that I might have damaged the refrigerator and cut the pipes myself.
