I purchased a Bosch refrigerator approximately four years ago, and I’ve recently encountered a frustrating issue. Both the vegetable compartment and the top shelves freeze everything I place inside, no matter the type of item. When I reported this to the service team, they suggested lowering the temperature settings, as if I wouldn’t have already tried that. Another service visit resulted in a baffling comment: “If you don’t place items in containers, of course, they will freeze.”
This explanation is absurd—I’ve never heard of needing containers for every single item in a refrigerator. My family has used various refrigerators over the years, and not once has this been an issue. It’s hard to tell if technology has advanced or regressed with these kinds of responses. I need Bosch to take this matter seriously, provide a clear resolution, and address the apparent defect in the appliance. This level of performance is unacceptable for such a well-regarded brand.
