Unexpected Rusting of the Bosch Washing Machine

Last December, I made a purchase of a washing machine. Unfortunately, because of a funeral and an earthquake, I was unable to use it for an extended period of time. Even though there was no water involved, they still sent a product that was rotten or defective. It's definitely a Bosch, just as they claim. The company, even after receiving my service notifications, stubbornly refused to exchange it, demonstrating their lack of concern. It appears that you, a well-known company, do not provide adequate support for the products you sell. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. I have no intention of making any future purchases from this brand.
