To Bosch Internatiol Headquarters, As a loyal customer who has always trusted the quality and after-sales support of Bosch, I have consistently chosen your products — from home appliances to power tools. However, my recent experience has completely shattered that trust and changed my perception of your brand. I purchased a Bosch CL2000 35E air conditioner, which exhibited a serious issue from the very first day of installation. The installation team reported that the outdoor unit of the AC was producing an excessive humming noise inside the living room, comparable to that of a jet engine. This issue was officially documented, and the team recommended a unit replacement — a signed report from your authorized service provider confirms this. Despite this, Bosch Headquarters demanded a video of my home’s interior — a request that is both invasive and in violation of personal data protection laws (KVKK). Although I was under no legal obligation to comply, I shared the video in good faith, hoping it would lead to a resolution. Unfortunately, Bosch chose to disregard the official technical report issued by your own service team, and instead made an amateur assessment based solely on the video, claiming there was no issue. I am baffled as to how such a serious sound disturbance could be properly evaluated through a basic phone recording. Please be assured that, should this matter not be resolved promptly and fairly, I will be forwarding all documents, reports, and video evidence to both Bosch Germany and the Consumer Arbitration Board. Additionally, I will not hesitate to share my full experience across my widely followed social media platforms and consumer groups, so that others may understand how a brand like Bosch can mistreat its customers. After this ordeal, I can confidently say I will never again purchase a Bosch product, nor will I recommend your brand to anyone in my personal or professional circles. Sincerely,
