We made a 5-night reservation at Modern Saraylar Hotel through Booking.com, checking in on August 5, 2026, and scheduled to check out on August 11, 2026. Upon arrival, we found that the hygiene and health conditions of our assigned room were unacceptably poor. There was moisture, mold, grime, cracks, and peeling paint across the walls and ceiling, along with severely worn and dirty furniture and amenities.

We are a family with three children, and because cleanliness and hygiene are essential to us, we felt staying in such an environment posed a direct health risk to our family. We immediately reported the situation to the front desk, but despite telling us they would change our room and stalling us by asking us to "wait," no concrete action was taken. We received zero care or solution-oriented assistance, and this complete indifference regarding the unsanitary conditions was a major disappointment.

Although our plan was to stay for 5 nights, we were forced to leave the hotel after just 1 night due to these unacceptable conditions. We demand a full refund for the remaining 4 unused nights. We have documented the hygiene issues and damaged areas throughout the room and hotel with photographs, which we can provide upon request.

I demand that our financial loss be resolved promptly and that the payment for the unused nights be refunded to us immediately.
