Booking.com Gave Me the Wrong Room – Smaller, No Windows, and No Help!



I am currently staying at a hotel in Strasbourg, and the room I received is completely different from what I booked through Booking.com. I paid for a 15-square-meter, spacious, well-lit room, but instead, I was given a 10-square-meter, windowless attic room—which is not what I paid for!
When I asked to switch to the correct room, they claimed there were no available rooms. However, when I checked the Booking.com system, there were rooms available for booking. This is deceptive and unacceptable! I provided photos: the first two show the room I booked, and the third one shows the tiny, dark room I was given.
Nobody is responding to my complaints. I expect Booking.com to fix this immediately!
