I made a hotel reservation through Booked.net, which is listed as a partner of Booking.com. I completed the payment nearly two weeks before my trip and even received a confirmation email before traveling. Everything appeared to be in order.

However, after a 7-hour drive, we arrived at the hotel only to be told that there was no reservation under our name, and no room was allocated for us. Despite having paid in full and holding a confirmation, we were left without accommodation.

I trusted Booked.net because of its affiliation with Booking.com, but this experience was completely unacceptable. I demand that my payment be refunded immediately, and that Booking.com and Booked.net take responsibility for this serious failure. No traveler should arrive at their destination and be left without a room after following all the proper steps.
