I purchased a Bocchi brand concrete sink through Banyoprime. The product was already delivered about 15 days late, and when I received the shipment on November 11, 2025, I discovered that the sink was broken. I recorded a video while opening the package, and the video clearly shows that the packaging was extremely careless and inadequate.
When I immediately reported the issue to the company, they told me, “You are right, we will refund your money within two days.” However, no refund was issued, and I did not receive any proper response afterward. I called them many times by phone, but my calls were not answered. I also contacted them through WhatsApp, yet no reply has been given for days. For about 15 days, I have been unable to reach anyone, and I have been left with a broken product that I paid $155 for.
At this point, I have decided to pursue legal action and have already handed my case over to a lawyer. Because the product was delivered late and arrived broken, and the promised refund was never issued, I have clearly been treated unfairly. I demand that the $155 I paid be refunded to me immediately and in full.
