I purchased two Bocchi brand sinks, and one of them cracked within the first year of use. The other sink has no issues at all, yet this one developed a crack. I paid about $226 for the sink. Unfortunately, the store where I purchased the product belonged to a friend, and the store has since closed, so I no longer have the invoice or warranty document.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted the store three separate times, and each time they told me that they had emailed Bocchi, but that the responses were negative. Other than that, I have not contacted the company directly through customer service, phone, or email.
Since the sink cracked in such a short period of time and only this unit was affected, I believe this is a manufacturing defect. I request that Bocchi consider my situation and replace the sink free of charge.
