Bocchi Jet Flush Wall-hang Toilet Problem
On 26 November 2016, I purchased 4 Bocchi Jet Flush wall-hung toilets. One of these toilets, which is under a 10-year warranty, cracked in the body on 26 January 2026. On the same day, I reported the situation to the Bocchi Authorized Service by phone and sent the requested invoices and photos. On 28 January 2026, the service representative informed me that my warranty coverage replacement request was accepted by Bocchi. However, during my phone call with the service representative on 20 February 2026, I was told that the toilet bowl sent by Bocchi had been broken by the carrier during transportation and would be sent again. Since then, I have not received any clear or satisfactory information about the replacement process. I tried to contact both Bocchi Türkiye and Likya Teknik via the phone numbers and e-mail addresses provided on the internet, but I could not reach anyone. The service officer only states that he will replace the toilet bowl when it arrives and says he has no further information. Due to this problem, I have been unable to use this toilet for 37 days. I request that the cracked Bocchi Jet Flush wall-hung toilet be replaced under warranty coverage as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly and promptly about the process, including shipment and installation, so that I can safely use the product again.
