About seven months ago, I purchased a Bocchi Fenice model toilet from a local supplier. Even though I have used the product carefully under normal conditions, the toilet seat lid suddenly cracked on March 2, 2026, without any extra force, impact, or pressure applied. I do not find it acceptable for such a break to occur within such a short time under normal use.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted the supplier in Gömeç, Balıkesir, where I bought the product, and sent them photos of the broken toilet seat lid. They informed me that they had shared the photos with Bocchi, but the company stated that no replacement would be provided and that I would need to purchase a new toilet seat lid myself.
Afterward, I contacted the company directly via email and explained the situation in detail, but I did not receive any response. Considering that I paid about $362 for this product, having the seat lid break within only seven months without any impact, and then receiving no replacement or communication from the company, has caused me serious inconvenience.
Since I believe this issue is due to a manufacturing or material defect, I request that my broken Bocchi Fenice toilet seat lid be replaced free of charge under the warranty, and that I receive written confirmation regarding the resolution of this issue.
