Bobbi Brown Refuses Return on Unopened $150 Makeup Brushes

On March 9, 2026, I purchased four items totaling $340 at the Bobbi Brown store in Zorlu Center, Istanbul. Two of these items were makeup brushes. Although these brushes were completely unused, with their protective plastic wrapping intact and packaging unopened, I attempted to exchange them. Despite having my original receipt, my request was denied.

Today, I visited the Bobbi Brown store at İstinyePark in Istanbul to return or exchange the two brushes. The staff member there informed me that returns and exchanges were strictly not allowed at their location and refused to assist me. Denying a return or exchange on unopened, unused products worth approximately $150—while presenting a receipt—is unfair to consumers and violates basic customer service expectations.

I demand a refund or at least an exchange for these two unused, unopened makeup brushes.
