Bobbi Brown Order Shipping Delay
I ordered some stuff from bobbibrown.com on September 22, 2023, but I still haven't received my products. When I reached out to customer service, they replied with a standard message saying that my request was "in the process of being handled." The second response said there was a technical issue and they couldn't find my order. They mentioned that they would give me a refund because they couldn't recreate the order. Why is it that I can see the order details in my account, but you can't, supposedly because of technical issues? You're damaging your brand reputation by trying to cancel orders with ridiculous excuses. I think this is completely unacceptable.

The issue is still not resolved. Neither the products were sent nor a refund was made. You took the money for the product you didn't send!
The brand sent an email saying "we have forwarded the issue to the relevant departments" and then disappeared. I sent another email. No response. They neither sent the products I ordered nor refunded my money!
