Bobbi Brown Online Order Missing and Refund Shortage Issue
I placed an order on the Bobbi Brown online store on December 12, 2024, intending it as a New Year’s gift. However, I received no updates about the order—no email, message, or phone call to inform me of its status. After waiting for about ten days with no communication, I contacted customer service and requested the order be canceled.
A week later, a partial refund was credited to my account, falling short by ₺800. Upon speaking with my bank, I confirmed that the discrepancy was not on their end. Despite multiple calls and emails to Bobbi Brown customer service, I have received no resolution or explanation.
I am disappointed that my order never arrived and that my refund was incomplete. I expect the remaining amount to be credited to my account immediately. Please address this issue promptly, as this experience has been extremely frustrating.
