Unable to Access Bobbi Brown Online Account to Track My Order
I recently made a purchase on the Bobbi Brown website, but during the sale period, the site constantly glitches. This isn't the first time I've encountered such an issue; I've faced similar problems with another retailer's website before. After entering my email and password, I receive an error, and now I can’t log into my account at all.
I am extremely frustrated as I want to check the status of my order, but I cannot access my account. As a paying customer, I expect better service and functional access to my account. Please resolve this issue immediately and ensure someone contacts me promptly to assist with my order details. This experience has been very disappointing.
