I Face MobiMatter eSIM Coverage Problems On Chios Island

Starting on June 19, I purchased a 30-day Europe eSIM package through MobiMatter. I bought this plan specifically to use on Chios Island, but the service barely worked there. I was only able to connect to the internet for a few minutes in certain locations, which made me believe the problem was with the service rather than my phone or setup.

I had previously used eSIMs from the same company successfully in Europe and on Samos, so this experience was especially disappointing. I also could not find or access a clear support or complaint section within the app, which is why I am reporting the issue here.

Since I was barely able to use the service on Chios Island, I request a refund of the approximately $10 I paid by credit card.
