BMW has still not resolved my request. First, the authorized Borusan service I was in contact with called me and informed me that BMW had acknowledged this fault, and that the two front door handles were in stock. They said that if I wanted, they could first replace the front door handles and that I could make another request later if the rear door handles also wore out. I agreed. However, there was no follow-up from the service afterward. I was told that a written approval from Borusan headquarters was required for the free replacement, but that Customer Relations Manager Ms. Özlem was in a meeting and could not be reached for a response. How is it possible that the customer relations manager is in meetings all day and cannot respond to a customer's request for about 15 days? BMW acknowledges the fault and initially states they will replace it, but then does not respond to the service's emails. This shows how much BMW Turkey values its customers. I am awaiting your prompt and positive response...

Our 2016 model BMW 320's door handles are malfunctioning in this way. This issue, which initially started with the front doors, has now begun with the rear door handles. Borusan acknowledges that this problem has occurred with other customers before, and they understand our frustration, but they mention that BMW hasn't taken any action regarding this matter. They suggest that a "goodwill case" could be opened, but they say BMW is providing negative feedback. Experiencing such a problem with a brand like BMW was something we never expected. It seems like failing to find a solution to this issue, which is not due to user error but rather product quality, and leaving the customer unsatisfied might be the general practice for BMW and Borusan. We have used other brands like Volkswagen, Lexus, Honda, and Audi, and this issue is happening for the first time. It's quite surprising that a brand like BMW doesn't stand behind its mistake. Borusan is also not being helpful to the customer. I am requesting that this issue be covered by BMW free of charge.

Borusan Oto, Bodrum branch, replaced the front two door handles by taking into account my complaint about the damage to the door handles, thanks to the help of Ms. Emine. I would like to thank her very much. They mentioned that they only had parts for the front door handles in stock, and that they would also address the rear door handles in the future. It was a long and challenging process, but it ended positively thanks to Ms. Emine's attention. I also thank BMW for considering customer satisfaction.

"At the same time, I don't understand why the side skirts of this vehicle, which has the original Harman Kardon amazing sound system as part of the 40th Anniversary package, vibrate so much when the sound is at around 70% due to the bass. The sound inside is incredible, but from the outside, it sounds like a very simple brand's aftermarket sound system, with the side skirts vibrating noisily. How can the insulation be this poor in a BMW vehicle?"
