Brand New BMW 5 Series Delivered with Paint Dust All Over It

I'm facing a significant issue with my brand-new BMW 5.20i from Antalya Kosifler. The entire car is covered in paint dust, delivered in a dusty and careless condition during the handover. Upon the first car wash, it became evident that this persistent dust was actually unremovable paint residue. Despite multiple discussions with Borusan Auto and Kosifler Auto, it seems they deliberately handed over the car in this condition. They suggested a solution involving clay application and polishing to remove the paint dust, but I expressed concerns about these processes compromising the originality of the car by thinning the paint's micron thickness. I made it clear that I wouldn't accept the car and insisted on a replacement with a new vehicle, stating that they delivered a defective and flawed car. No resolution has been offered, and if you're considering buying a car from Kosifler Auto and the BMW brand, I strongly suggest you read this before making a decision.
