BMW Did Not Deliver My Car After 20 Days and Refused Replacement Vehicle
On September 1, 2025, at 9:00 AM, I returned my BMW 3.20 model, license plate 34 GLN 031, to the Antalya Kosifler service center due to rodent damage. The service representative stated that the repair time would be 15 days, and since this period was also included in the documents, I was only able to get a replacement vehicle from my insurance company for 15 days. However, as of today, 20 days have passed, and my vehicle still hasn't been delivered. Every time I call, I'm told the parts will arrive from Germany and then they'll be finished, with no clear information or solution provided. I'm told the delay is due to the waiting for parts from Germany. I'm curious how the parts are supposed to arrive from Germany in 25 days. I requested a replacement vehicle from the service center during this period, but I haven't received any positive response. Furthermore, despite submitting a request and filing a complaint with the BMW contact center four times, I haven't received any response. My request number is 3040306. I'm also having great difficulty finding someone to contact during this process. Are they bringing a new vehicle from Germany after 20 days? Or is there a lack of planning? Worst of all, there's no one to contact, no inspection department. I'm being inconvenienced when I need to go to places like the hospital. During a similar situation with my Mercedes, the Koluman service center was so helpful that I now appreciate it. They provided a replacement vehicle free of charge for 20 days, without any hassle. The staff in the customer satisfaction department were incredibly helpful. BMW is a company with no customer satisfaction department and no inspections. It's been a source of regret for me since the day I bought it. I'm deeply disappointed with BMW's approach to customer satisfaction. I demand that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible and that a replacement vehicle be provided to me.
