Borusan Oto İstinye does not repair the malfunction of my vehicle. Although my BMW X1 model vehicle is at 80,000 km, there is rust on the crank pulley. Borusan İstinye demands ₺21,300 from me to fix this problem and fails to produce a solution. I will not take my vehicle to Borusan again. Service employees care about the service making money, not the customer. If the warranty will not cover the crank pulley, what will it cover?
