I am the owner of a 2015 BMW 320i EfficientDynamics (F30), which has been regularly and fully serviced at authorized BMW/Borusan service centers from the first day, strictly following all procedures and brand standards. Despite this care, I am currently facing the well-known chronic defect of melting and stickiness on the interior door handles in F30 models. The issue is specifically on the front inner door handles. Every time we open or close the doors, black plastic residue sticks to our hands, which is both unhygienic and extremely disturbing in daily use. This situation clearly shows material quality failure and has nothing to do with user error. It is a globally recognized, chronic manufacturing defect for this series and is absolutely unacceptable for a brand positioned in the premium segment. As a BMW owner, I expect the brand to stand behind its product and resolve this chronic problem free of charge within the scope of “Goodwill Warranty” by replacing the related parts. I kindly request that Borusan Otomotiv and BMW evaluate this structural defect, organize the necessary checks, and replace the front inner door handles free of charge, and that I be contacted as soon as possible in order to resolve this issue.
