Today, while playing Minecraft on my computer, I updated BlueStacks, and after the update, all my MEBs were gone! I have spent over a month working on them, and now everything has disappeared without warning.
This is extremely frustrating! There was no notification that updating would erase my data, and now I’ve lost all my progress. How can an update cause such a massive issue without any recovery options?
BlueStacks, you need to fix this issue immediately and provide a way to restore lost MEBs. If there’s no solution, then this software isn’t even worth one star. I expect a response and a way to recover my lost data—this is unacceptable!
