Black+Decker 36V Vacuum Wheels Keep Breaking Every Two Months

Since I started using my Black+Decker 36V cordless stick vacuum, I have been experiencing recurring problems with the wheels. Approximately every two months, the wheels break off, leaving me unable to use the vacuum properly.

Because of this recurring problem, I contacted the authorized service center approximately three months ago and requested the necessary replacement parts. However, despite all this time having passed, I am still being told that the part is unavailable and am simply left waiting without being offered any solution. Both the fact that the vacuum's wheels break so frequently and the excessively long delay in supplying the replacement part have caused me significant inconvenience.

I request that Black+Decker urgently provide the necessary replacement parts for the vacuum's wheels and restore my product to proper working condition as soon as possible. I also expect the inconvenience I have experienced to be resolved without any further delay.
