Unblock My BlaBlaCar Account
I have been using BlaBlaCar in India as a driver and on 16/08/2026 I received a message saying that my account was suspended because I was allegedly asking passengers for a larger amount of payment during the trip or in messages and comments. I clearly state that I have never asked any passenger to pay more than the amount shown on the BlaBlaCar platform and I have always followed the rules and the prices recommended by BlaBlaCar. I do not understand on what basis this decision was taken and I was not given any clear proof or explanation. I request that my account and activity be reviewed carefully and that you check the rides and messages again. Since I have not demanded any extra money from passengers, I ask you to unblock my account and restore my access to the platform, or at least explain in detail which trip or message caused this suspension so that I can defend myself properly. I expect a quick and fair resolution to this issue.
Hello Ajay, We’ve been forced to suspend your BlaBlaCar account as we understand you are running commercial or business activity on the platform. It's not allowed for taxi car owners/private cab providers to offer rides in their taxis/cabs or if you have a T-permit Car.
