Lost BlaBlaCar Car Account
I have been using BlaBlaCar as a driver, offering rides to passengers with my car, and on 27/06/2026 at exactly 11:54 PM my account was suddenly suspended. The explanation given was that I was changing my time schedules more than once in a single day. I am aware that schedule changes can be inconvenient, but this suspension feels very harsh, especially as I rely on the platform and I was not given any prior clear warning or detailed explanation. After the suspension, I contacted BlaBlaCar support by email, but so far I have not received any response or guidance on how to correct the situation or restore my access. I kindly request that my BlaBlaCar account be reactivated, or at least that I am given a proper review of my case and a clear explanation of what I need to do to continue using the platform as a driver. I need my account to be active again so I can keep offering rides to passengers through BlaBlaCar.
