Lack of Customer Support and Unjust Account Closures on BlaBlaCar
BlaBlaCar’s app lacks proper customer support and fails to address issues effectively. They abruptly close accounts by sending emails accusing users of overcharging without any proper explanation. When trying to block users who send inappropriate messages, there’s no help either—just a response saying to report it to the police if it continues. This unprofessional behavior and arbitrary account closures are unacceptable. We need alternative apps, and I’m looking forward to moving away from BlaBlaCar as soon as possible.
