I Receive Harassment on BlaBla App and Can’t Block or Report the Abuser

I experienced severe harassment on the BlaBla app when a user I didn’t know contacted me to arrange a ride. As soon as we started communicating, they sent me disturbing and offensive messages. This person even shared their phone number and demanded that I call them. What followed was a series of vulgar, threatening, and sexually suggestive texts—both from that user and apparently their friends.

What made this worse was the fact that BlaBla doesn’t provide any option to block or report a user. I’ve been left completely vulnerable and unable to protect myself from repeated harassment within the app. I believe my safety is at risk, and this is totally unacceptable.

I urgently request that the BlaBla team permanently ban this abusive individual, stop them from reaching me and others, and immediately introduce user safety features—specifically the ability to block and report inappropriate behavior. Until then, I’m still receiving messages from this person. BlaBla must take this seriously and act now to protect its users.
