BlaBlaCar Keeps Banning My Accounts for No Reason
I am absolutely furious with BlaBlaCar! Your app consistently blocks my account without any reason whatsoever. I keep questioning if I've done something wrong, so I create a new account, but it gets blocked even before I message anyone, post a ride, or even upload a profile picture!
This is completely unacceptable. I can't find anyone to talk to about this issue, and it feels like I'm hitting a brick wall. This might be my tenth account that's been banned, and now I'm literally running out of phone numbers to even sign up. Your system is broken and arbitrarily targeting innocent users.
BlaBlaCar, you need to fix this flawed banning system immediately! Stop arbitrarily blocking accounts and provide a clear explanation and resolution for these constant bans. This is preventing me from using your service, and it's a huge waste of my time.
