BlaBlaCar Suspended My Account Without Warning – Request for Reactivation

I recently posted a ride offer on BlaBlaCar using my own tow truck, unaware that this was against their policies. Instead of receiving a warning or explanation, my account was immediately suspended without notice.

I understand that there might be rules against using certain vehicle types, but I believe a warning should have been issued first, rather than taking such a harsh measure. I have been a regular user of BlaBlaCar, and this sudden suspension feels unfair.

I kindly request a review of my case and for my account to be reinstated. I am willing to comply with any necessary changes, but I need a clear explanation as to why I wasn’t given a chance to correct my mistake before being penalized.
