I Got Banned from BlaBlaCar for Posting a Motorcycle Ride Without Prior Warning

I've been using BlaBlaCar for a long time and have had many pleasant ride-sharing experiences through the platform. Every passenger I’ve traveled with rated me 5 out of 5, and I’ve built a strong, positive reputation. But during my most recent trip, I posted a ride offer with a motorcycle instead of a car—not knowing that motorcycle rides are not allowed. Without any warning or prior notification, my ride listing was removed, and more shockingly, my entire account was blocked.
I understand if BlaBlaCar wants to restrict motorcycle rides due to their policy, but outright blocking my account over a single misunderstanding—despite my spotless record—is excessive and unfair. I received no message offering the chance to correct the post or even explain myself. Just a silent ban, with no consideration for the good-standing history I’ve built on the app.
If a simple ride listing error leads to an account block, what's the incentive for loyal users like me to continue using the platform? I request that BlaBlaCar review my case, lift the account suspension, and adopt a more user-friendly warning system before applying such harsh penalties. Otherwise, I’ll have no choice but to stop using the app altogether.

There is still no response, I give up.
