BlaBlaCar Suspended My Account Without Warning for Using a Tow Truck

I recently posted a ride offer on BlaBlaCar using my own tow truck, unaware that this was against their policies. Instead of receiving a warning or explanation, my account was immediately suspended without notice. I understand that there might be rules against using certain vehicle types, but I believe a warning should have been issued first, rather than taking such a harsh measure.
