BlaBlaCar Support Isn't Responding to My Account Suspension Inquiry

I have an account on the BlaBlaCar ride-sharing app, but I just noticed that my account has been suspended. When I tried to use the app, I found that I couldn't access my account, and since no reason, warning, or notification was given, I have no idea why it was suspended. I submitted a support request through the app about this, but I haven't received any response so far. I'm requesting that the reason for the suspension be clearly explained to me, and that, if this was an unjust action, my account be reactivated. I'd appreciate it if this situation could be resolved and the process explained transparently.
