Bizbox Pro Billing Complaint Over Unapproved Payment

Bizbox Pro withdrew money from my account without my knowledge. I am requesting a refund. My card was only enabled for online shopping, yet funds were taken without my authorization. At a time when I urgently need my money, the site deducted funds from my account without informing me.

I demand a full refund of the amount that was withdrawn.
