Kindly Request That My Access To My ByBit Account Be Restored
My Gmail account was hacked on 21 August 2025, and immediately after that, my Bybit account was accessed without my permission. Bybit sent me a notification that unfamiliar access to my account was detected and advised me to disable the account. Since then, I have not been able to access my Bybit account again. My Bybit account is registered with the phone number 08165654421, which I still have full access to, and the Gmail address attached to my Bybit account is currently hacked and inaccessible to me (henry.f.***@gmail.com). I tried to log in using the “forgot password” option, but the verification code never arrives on my phone, so I am completely locked out of my account. Before the hack, I had Google Authenticator security enabled as a final confirmation step before any coins could be released, so I am very concerned about how this access happened and whether my funds are safe. There is approximately 1,900 to 2,000 USD worth of assets in my Bybit account that I currently cannot reach. I contacted Bybit customer support about this situation, but I have not received any response so far. I am extremely worried, because I did everything I could to secure my account, and yet I am unable to access it or get any support. I request that my identity and ownership of the account registered to 08165654421 and the email address henry.f.***@gmail.com be verified as soon as possible, my access to the Bybit account be restored, and my assets be checked and secured so that no unauthorized withdrawals can be made. I also ask for a clear explanation of what happened with the suspicious login and why I am not receiving verification codes, and I would like this issue to be resolved urgently.
