Bitay App Not Opening – Unable to Access My Coins

I have the Bitay app installed on my device, and I have coins stored in my account, but I can’t access the app. It simply won’t open, and I have received no response from Bitay regarding this issue.

Previously, I also faced issues trying to sell my coins, but the system wouldn’t allow me to make a sale. Now, after the platform finally adjusted the sales function, the app itself has stopped working completely.

This is unacceptable—I need immediate access to my funds. Bitay must resolve this issue immediately or provide clear communication on what is happening. When will this be fixed? I expect an urgent response.
