Bitay Does Not Deposit My Money And Coins
I've encountered a serious issue with Bitay Exchange as they fail to respond to emails, and their promised callback within two hours when contacted by phone never materializes. I deposited cryptocurrency, and it hasn't reflected in my account; attempting to withdraw in Turkish Liras (₺) also proves futile. What used to be delayed transactions has now turned into complete inactivity for the past three to four days. I'm frustrated, unable to reach anyone for assistance, and I'm officially lodging a complaint. If my funds are not refunded promptly, I will escalate the matter to the necessary authorities.
I found their crypto account at https://celoscan.io/address/0xf6436829cf96ea0f8bc49d300c536fcc4f84c4ed. Despite having money, they are not making payments. Additionally, they have bank accounts with banks like Fibabanka. File a customer complaint with the banks, stating that your money has not been paid, and include screenshots of the bank accounts, IBANs, the money remaining in the app, and the money you deposited. This way, the money they siphoned off can be blocked.
An hour ago, I received an SMS saying that 10,721 Turkish lira had been sent to my account. The money was transferred to my account. In 20 days, the dollar rose from 28 to 30. Even if they send my money back, I have a loss of 27 dollars when nothing has happened. I want this to be compensated.
