I Face Peeling and Ineffective Absorption With Bioderma SPF 30 Sunscreen

On August 28, I purchased Bioderma SPF 30 sunscreen from Trendyol. I have oily skin, and during September, I tested the product three separate times. Each time I applied it, the cream peeled off and failed to absorb into my skin, leaving a visible layer that flaked away shortly after application. I always applied it on clean skin, yet the problem persisted.

After researching online, I noticed that many other users have reported similar issues with this product. I’ve been unable to use it properly, which left me disappointed and financially dissatisfied, as the product did not perform as expected for its price.

Because the return period has expired, I was unable to contact the seller for a refund through Trendyol. I still have my invoice and order number, which I can share upon request. I used the product in Aydın/Efeler, and I am now requesting a full refund, as the product does not work as advertised and is unsuitable for my skin type.
