How Can I Verify the Authenticity of Bioderma Moisturizer?

Through Trendyol, I was able to make a purchase on Bioderma's official website, where I bought a moisturizer. But when I scanned the QR code, it gave me an error, which made me question whether or not the product was real. I am hesitant to put it on my face because I don't know what will happen. I have done a lot of research on the subject, but I have not been able to find a reliable way to tell if the product is real or not. I also did not get enough help from the customer service department. Could someone who knows about this subject help me figure out whether or not the product in question is real?
